Gunn City is a village in Cass County, Missouri, United States. The population was 118 at the 2010 census.

Gunn City was platted in 1871. It was named for O. B. Gunn, an engineer of the Missouri–Kansas–Texas Railroad.

Gunn City is located at 38°39′59″N 94°9′46″W / 38.66639°N 94.16278°W / 38.66639; -94.16278 (38.666319, -94.162646).

According to the United States Census Bureau, the village has a total area of 0.08 square miles (0.21 km2), all of it land.

As of the census of 2010, there were 118 people, 34 households, and 27 families residing in the village. The population density was 1,475.0 inhabitants per square mile (569.5/km2). There were 36 housing units at an average density of 450.0 per square mile (173.7/km2). The racial makeup of the village was 89.8% White, 0.8% African American, 0.8% Pacific Islander, and 8.5% from two or more races. Hispanic or Latino of any race were 0.8% of the population.

There were 34 households of which 50.0% had children under the age of 18 living with them, 52.9% were married couples living together, 17.6% had a female householder with no husband present, 8.8% had a male householder with no wife present, and 20.6% were non-families. 5.9% of all households were made up of individuals. The average household size was 3.47 and the average family size was 3.56.
