Random information on the term “😉”:

Blinking is a bodily function; it is a semi-autonomic rapid closing of the eyelid. A single blink is determined by the forceful closing of the eyelid or inactivation of the levator palpebrae superioris and the activation of the palpebral portion of the orbicularis oculi, not the full open and close.[citation needed] It is an essential function of the eye that helps spread tears across and remove irritants from the surface of the cornea and conjunctiva.

Blinking may have other functions since it occurs more often than necessary just to keep the eye lubricated. Researchers think blinking may help us disengage our attention; following blink onset, cortical activity decreases in the dorsal network and increases in the default-mode network, associated with internal processing. Blink speed can be affected by elements such as fatigue, eye injury, medication, and disease. The blinking rate is determined by the “blinking center”, but it can also be affected by external stimulus.

WINK-FM (96.9 FM) is a radio station broadcasting an adult contemporary format. Licensed to Fort Myers, Florida, United States, the station is owned by the Fort Myers Broadcasting Company (which is controlled by the McBride family). WINK-FM has studios located on Palm Beach Boulevard (a.k.a. S.R. 80) in Fort Myers.

On May 6, 2013, at 10am, after promoting that morning that “WINK-FM will be a thing of the past”, WINK-FM changed their format from hot adult contemporary to adult contemporary, branded as “96.9 More FM”. The first songs on More-FM were Journey’s “Don’t Stop Believin'” and Taylor Swift’s “I Knew You Were Trouble”.

In October 2015, the station came back to its past as it went back to the 96.9 WINK FM branding and its format stayed adult contemporary.
